Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & exchanges cannot be accepted any more than 14 days from purchase. Receipt must be present. Items must be in same purchase condition with tags intact. No exceptions. We cannot accept items that have been worn, soiled, damaged, or embroidered. Shoes will be accepted provided they have not been visibly worn.

Any non-stock item(s) specially ordered that are returned or exchanged will have a $10 re-stocking fee.

All webstore orders are placed with vendors Monday and Thursday morning prior to 10am. This allows three business days between ordering. If you need your order processed same day, please call us at 803-787-8777 and we can check available store stock that we may be able to send you after placing your order. Please allow up to 5-10 business days from the Monday or Thursday following the day you placed your order. A Jackie's team member will be in touch if there are any backorders in place.

* In-Store Pick Up * (Columbia, South Carolina): This option is for local customers in the Midlands area. Please note that not all items are available for pick up immediately, an in-store team member will reach out when your item(s) are ready. Thank you.

* Shipping * – All orders are shipped to each corresponding Workstyle's location and then delivered via UPS Ground after being received by an in-store team member.
